Services provided by My Professional Best do not guarantee that suggestions regarding your resume will result in job interviews or job offers. At its sole discretion, My Professional Best may reject a request for services. Although rare, such cases may include, but are not limited to:

1. A resume that is too incomplete to review.
2. A submission in a language other than English or Spanish.
3. A submission containing reference to illegal or sexually explicit behavior.

If a submission is rejected after payment has been made, My Professional Best will notify the user and refund any online payments, less the service fees charged by our online payment service (PayPal). By sending your resume, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Services provided by My Professional Best rely upon the user possessing or having access to the following:

1. An e-mail service / inbox with sufficient space to receive new mail.
2. The ability to send / receive attachments by e-mail
3. A recent version of Microsoft Word.
