About Me

Shannon, CEO & Founder

A graduate of Georgetown University (Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, minor in marketing) and American University (Master’s degree in international relations, sector focus on communication), Shannon worked on the Training, Development and Recruiting teams at a Fortune 100 company specializing in Financial Services. In 2004, Shannon transitioned from the private sector to higher education, and since then, she has worked in roles in student services, admissions, and career management.

Over her career, Shannon has developed a keen sense of the “do’s” and “don’ts” of a good resume. She has also coached clients in diverse industries and roles, customizing career feedback and providing the most tailored guidance possible.

Shannon is lives in the Philadelphia metro area. In her free time, she enjoys savoring life alongside her husband and two children.
